Instructions
  1. Cook the corned beef as directed on package. (We cooked the meat in the crockpot for about 4.5 hours on low). Once cooked, shred the meat.
  2. Thin the horseradish sauce with some of the juice from the cooked beef. You'll want the sauce to be thin so that it can spread evenly over the mixture. Serves 2-4 people. (Our meat didn't go as far as we thought it would, we had a little leftover, but not much!)
  3. Layer taco with beef, sauerkraut, cheese, and sauce.
Recipe Notes

My Tips: The finished taco looks a little scrawny to me. After we had our first one, I went back and put a second layer of all the ingredients. To make all the ingredients even more blended, and be sure to get a taste of everything in each bite, I'd recommend mixing all the ingredients into one bowl and using that as the stuffing for the taco meat.
